The Ibadan Golf Club  Lady Captain’s Inaugural Golf Kitty slated for this weekend Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th has attracted multiple sponsors from the State Government to corporate bodies and well to do individuals jostling to be part of the historic golf event.
Golfers across the notable golf clubs in the country who have booked a place to participate in the golf tournament are expected to start arriving Ibadan from today the arrival date with strong-will to vie
for the lofty prizes provided for winners in various categories.
The popular travels and tour outfit, Ufitfly top the list of highest donor with a sponsorship package worth more than a million naira for the winners in male and female categories, according to the Lady Captain Sade Oni, with the new administration of Seyi Makinde led government also pledging their full support.
Among other the corporate bodies that co-sponsored of the Lady’s event were Tuns Farm Nigeria Limited, Jot Hotel and Suite, World Lilies Event place, House 18, GRA Ibadan, Healthlines Limited, Golfview Suite & Conference Center, Awake Interlink limited, Bodlink limited.
Former Governor of Osun State, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, Mr Badejo-Bashiru, Chief Akin Oke, OMOGALLANI, Dr Isaac Ishola, Otunba Abimbola Davies, Chief Tunde Badejo, Deputy Gov Osun state, Engr Folayomi Moliki Mr Chris Nzekea, Mr kayode Bello, Mr Yinka Babatunde, Sen Olufemi Lanlehin, Col Adewemino Sunmonu and Otunba Deji Osibogun among others also gave support to the golf tournament.
No stone was left on turned towards recording a itch-free golf session according to the planning committee of the epic golf tournament which comprises Mary Okunola, the Lady vice captain, Sade Ajala, secretary, Otolola Adesiyan, the handicap officer, Olabode Abijo, competition secretary, Omolaraeni Olaosebikan, PRO lady section and Ronke Thomas, the treasurer.
