Junior Secondary Boy Wins Car In Omega Power Ministries Children Day Quiz

A Junior Secondary School pupil of Police Children Comprehensive High School Port Harcourt Rivers State, Honourable Alex became a car owner after emerging the overall winner of Bible quiz organised by the Omega Power Ministries (OPM)  as part of activities to mark this year’s Children Day celebration.
The 11 year old class one pupil, who emerged first from about 80 other kids, carted home a salon car while other runners-up won cash and educational materials courtesy of the general overseer of the faith based organization, OPM, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere.
Speaking during the presentation of prizes to the winners, Apostle Chinyere urged parent to expose their children to other areas of life than academics, and should encourage them to adore manual work to help them develop their intelligent.
“Develop your children’s Intelligent Quotient (IQ), which is to measure of their comprehension ability. emotional quotient (EQ) which is to measure of their ability to maintain peace with others; keep to time; be responsible; be honest; respect boundaries; be humble, genuine and considerate, and Social Quotient (SQ) which is to measure their ability to build a network of friends and maintain it over a long period of time”, Apostle Chinyere said.Speaking further, Apostle Chinyere added that “We should build our children to become multifaceted human beings that able to do things independently of the parents, and finally, do not prepare the road for the children. Prepare the children for the road”.
Alex, who is currently on a scholarship from the OPM founder pledged to concentrate on his studies to become an engineer while thanking the Man of God for his magnanimity.
