Amb. Ayinde, a wellness expert, who is also a United Nation’ Ambassador of Peace said this while delivering a paper titled ‘Rest is Sweet after Labour’ in BCOS on 13th September, 2023 at Ile-Akede, Orita-Basorun, Ibadan, at the occasion of the retirement ceremony for Alhaji Wale Rufai and other members of RATTAWU who recently retired from the active service.
The lecturer in her introduction She urged the RATTAWU members to find time to rest even while still in active service because what is next after retirement is good health.
“I am very sure that, Rest is good and, likewise, it is sweet. This is the reason for the admonition to everyone which Input in quote that, "If you do not find time to rest, people will lay you to rest and tell your corpse to rest in peace.
“You have to take good care of your health since you cannot be as you were 35 years ago or when you were 29 years and retiring at 60 years. The work suggested is a form of exercise which caters for good health,” Amb. Ayinde, who is also the Iyalaje Adini of Oyo State said.

“Wherever you might have missed in the Work-life balance, is better fixed when you register with a gym where your exercise is well managed, and at the same time socialize with other people around."
