Ambassador Ayinde, who is also the National Matron of the Supreme Human Right Society, while addressing the Koranic school teachers present at the inauguration of the scheme of using religious teachings to transform youth to become respectable citizens at the Kayrom Lee Gym and Fitness Center, Obafemi Awolowo stadium, Ibadan, said her goal in-conjunction with well meaning Nigeria, is to lead our youth back to God with Koranic school that adult enjoyed when they are young.
"Most of the Muslim youth of nowadays don't know the basic teachings of Islam which teaches morals and values and this has affected their behavior in the society today. We as the adult and their role model, we must endevour to pilot them back to the teachings of Islam through Koranic school that we as adult enjoyed when we are young so that the issue of them turning to touts, 'area boy' and street urchin will be a thing of the past," Ambassador Ayinde said.

"We would start by identify areas where each Koranic teachers can be helpful to the scheme, then we are planing to have three center where woman will be teaching girls and man will be teaching boys. The youth within the vicinity of each center can converge to learn about God under the tutelage of trained Islamic clerics and they will be encourage to join because some of them want to attend but there is no such school around.
"Then we will cater for the well-being of the teachers by providing some funds for them as incentives and snacks will also be provide for the youth during the class," she added.
One of the Koranic teacher at the event, Ustadh Abdul Salam Omo Laani said the gesture is a welcome development which he believe can be achievable if it is properly plan.
"What you are planning to do is workable if it is plan properly because many of our children who are now on the street would be return to God. May Allah continue to bless and enlarge you for this notable scheme.
"If many well to do people in our society could emulate your gesture, the issue of touting, menace of 'Area boys' and youth unrest will be thing of the past in our environment," he said.
